Who the camp is for

For athletes who want to improve—and enjoy the experience.

This camp is for young athletes who want to understand their sport more deeply, train with intention and learn how to prepare, compete and contribute.

Campers should arrive ready to listen, work, support others and try new experiences. Alongside training, there will be time to recover, explore Barcelona and build friendships.

  • Open to boys and girls.
  • One primary sport selected for the stay.
  • Athletes travelling internationally or from elsewhere in Spain.
  • Local families may register interest in a possible commuter option.
  • Eligible ages: 12–18.

Training and development

A clear purpose behind each session

The program combines sport-specific coaching, strength and conditioning, and opportunities to apply learning through competition. Athletes train primarily with their sport group, then come together across sports for meals, excursions and shared camp activities.

  • A young basketball player dribbles low between cones on an outdoor court.

    Skill development

Work on technique, movement and decision-making through purposeful practice and coaching feedback.

  • An athlete holds a kettlebell at chest height in a deep squat at an outdoor training area.

    Strength & conditioning

Develop physical preparation through sessions adapted to the age, experience and needs of the group. Training intensity will be balanced with recovery.

  • Young athletes play beach volleyball as one player spikes the ball over the net and another jumps to block.

    Competition & learning

Put your work into practice through games and competitive activities. Learn from your performance and identify what to improve next.
