Blake Kingsley Jr.

Blake Kingsley Jr. is an American basketball coach with extensive experience across men's and women's programs, elite player development, and international basketball preparation. He began his coaching career at the University of Oregon as a student manager, gaining early exposure to Division I standards, high-performance environments, and advanced player-development systems.

Blake has worked professionally with the Washington Mystics (WNBA) and has held coaching roles at Scotland Campus, Olympus Prep, State Fair Community College, The Ambrose School, Moberly Area Community College, and Robert Morris University. Throughout his career, he has played a direct role in the development of more than 60 players who have gone on to compete at the NCAA Division I level, while also helping prepare athletes who are currently playing professionally in Europe.

Known for his ability to translate skill work into real-game impact, Blake specializes in:

  • Individual and small-group skill development
  • Offensive and defensive concept teaching
  • Basketball IQ, spacing, and decision-making
  • Preparing players for collegiate and professional pathways

His coaching philosophy blends American player-development principles with a global understanding of the game, emphasizing fundamentals, adaptability, and confidence. Blake is highly regarded for his communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to challenge players while building trust and accountability.

Blake is passionate about international basketball and is excited to work with athletes in Spain, bringing firsthand insight from the U.S. college system, professional environments, and European pathways to help players elevate their game and understand what it takes to reach the next level.
