Led by a USA Weightlifting Certified Coach with over 13 years of basketball development and PE teaching experience, each training session focuses on developing the complete athlete through structured, safe, and progressive workouts. What You’ll Train: - Upper Body Strength – Build the muscle and control needed for powerful movements and long-term joint health. -Lower Body Power – Train the legs and hips to produce explosive speed, balance, and vertical lift. -Core Stability – Strengthen the body’s foundation with functional, sport-specific core work. -Conditioning – Improve endurance and recovery through targeted, high-energy finishers. Every workout includes a guided warm-up, intentional movement, and a focused lift or explosive session designed to match your goals and sport. We don’t train just to lift weights, we train to compete, to move better, and to stay healthy. Cancellation Policy
TOP IMPACT GROUP – TRAINING POLICY By purchasing a training session, all participants agree to the following terms: 1. Facility Fees Training sessions are held at rented facilities. Athletes are responsible for paying their own entrance fee directly to the gym (approx. €7-8 per session or €49/month). 2. Cancellations All cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited. Exceptions may be made for proven emergencies. 3. Insurance & Liability All participants must have their own insurance. Top Impact Group is not liable for injuries that occur during movement executed independently, unless there is proven negligence during instruction. 4. Media Use By purchasing a session, you grant permission to use images and video clips from training for promotional purposes. You may request content removal at any time, no questions asked.
